FLIC offers services for Information and Referral, Independent Living Skills and Training, Peer Counseling, and Individual and Systems Advocacy, support and programs, to people in the community with disabilities.

Free, unbiased information about long term services and supports in New York State for people of all ages or with any type of disability

Peer Support is an opportunity for you to talk to a “peer,” someone with similar experiences, about your goals, options, ideas, and issues you may be facing.

About

FLIC's
History

In May of 1988 the Finger Lakes Independence Center (FLIC) was incorporated and began operating as an independent living center. Originally located in the Clinton West Plaza, FLIC moved to our current location at 215 Fifth Street in 2003.
