Try-It-Room
Our Try-It-Room allows clients to see what tools are available to assist with daily living, tools that can support those who are facing dexterity issues, who are blind or who have low vision, who are deaf or hard of hearing, or those who are facing other challenges. The tools can help with reading, cooking, dining, dressing, medication management, driving, moving up and down from furniture, and more.
We service individuals as they come in looking for items, but we also act as a resource for service and medical providers; we hope they share information about the Try-It-Room with their clients who need assistance.
The items in our Try-It-Room are available for a one-month loan with no deposit. If you decide that the item is what you need long term, we can provide information on where you can purchase the item.
No appointment is necessary. Simply stop by during business hours.
